More and more schools are developing a vision of education in which the teacher increasingly plays the role of coach. Particularly in subjects like Research&Design and Information Technology, this takes the form of project-based learning. Students start a project, make the steps and choices visual and give a final presentation. Project methods like scrum are regularly used in this.
Even the most advanced large format touchscreen cannot facilitate this. What does work, however, is a multifunctional wall where analogue and digital work together. A big whiteboard surface offers the opportunity to brainstorm and make projects visual for each other. By combining the latest projectors, an excellent combination is created with the digital resources to be totally facilitating.
